At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Barbara Tóth

Barbara Tóth born in 1974 is a historian, book author and journalist. Born to a Czech mother and a Hungarian father, she started her journalism career as a freelance author for the news magazine Profil after studying history at the University of Vienna, where she earned her PhD with a dissertation on the Reder-Frischenschlager Affair. She also worked as an editor for the weekly magazine Format and as an editor for domestic affairs for Austrian daily newspaper Der Standard. Since 2008, Tóth has been writing for Austrian weekly newspaper FALTER where she is head of the media department.
