At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Dieter Bornemann

Dieter Bornemann (born 1967 in Graz) is Chairman of the ORF Editorial Board, editor oft he main news-programm „ZiB“ and host of the weekly business magazine ECO. He joined ORF radio in 1992, was EU correspondent in Brussels and has been a member of the ZiB editorial team since 1998. As Chairman of the Editorial Board, he has been the highest journalist representative at ORF since 2012. For his work he was awarded the Concordia Prize for Freedom of the Press in 2021. His work as a business journalist was honored with the prestigious „Horst Knapp“-Prize in 2023.

Since 2009, Bornemann has been teaching TV journalism at the University of Vienna’s Institute of Journalism.
