At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Michael Haupt studied Educational Science and is chief executive of the initiative for minorities in Tyrol. Since 2016, he has intensively explored Yenish history and present. In collaboration with Bernhard Schneider, he established the Yenish Archive; and since June 2024, he has been conducting scientific research as part of the project “‘Ich hab das nicht akzeptiert!‘ Jenische Widerstandspraktiken im Tirol des 20. Jahrhunderts” (I did not Accept this! Yenish Acts of Resistance in 20th-century Tyrol), funded by the Memory Culture Department of the Tyrolean Government.
