At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Péter Nádori

Péter Nádori is COO at Direkt36, the leading Hungarian investigative journalism center.

Formerly deputy CEO at media conglomerate Lapcom, Péter earlier had been the managing editor of alternative weekly Magyar Narancs, and editor-in-chief of pioneering internet news portal Origo (in the period before its current incarnation as a propaganda outlet). He also helped the launch of independent news portal Telex in 2020.

A founder and former chair of MTE, the Hungarian online content industryʼs self-regulation body, he’s currently a member of the board at independent media association Médiafórum.

He has been teaching journalism, media ethics and media regulation at Eötvös Loránd University and Pázmány Péter Catholic University as guest lecturer. He holds an MSc in media management from the University of Stirling, and published academic articles on online media regulation.

At Direkt36, he’s been one of the producers of the outlet’s groundbreaking video documentaries, including The Dynasty (2025).
