Ruth Eisenreich has almost seven years of experience as a freelance journalist, but she also understands the perspective of editors who hire freelancers. After working for FalterSüddeutsche Zeitung, and Die Zeit, she worked freelance from the end of 2018 to mid-2025 – primarily for print and online media, and occasionally for radio. After returning to Vienna in 2020, she continued to work mainly for German media outlets. Since summer 2025, she has been an editor and chief of staff at MOMENT.at and continues to work freelance on the side.
