Stefan Klausner (born in 1985) studied Architecture in Innsbruck and Montpellier; and as part of his master’s thesis he curated the estate of Innsbruck architect Norbert Fritz (1935-2006) in the archive for construction, art and history at the University of Innsbruck. After graduating, for two years, he worked as a project lead in a Munich-based design office focussing on exhibition design and orientation and guidance systems. Since 2016—with a few interruptions—, he has been team member of the Tyrolean design forum WEI  SRAUM which he has managed since October 2024. WEI  SRAUM. The Tyrolean design forum provides a platform for all things contemporary visual communication and design. With talks, exhibitions, workshops, discussions, city walks, publications and design research projects it raises awareness for the importance of applied design and fosters a dialogue on the role and responsibility of designers in our society.
