At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Susanne Gurschler Mag. Phil (equivalent to M.A.) studied a subject combination in German Studies at the University of Innsbruck. Since 1998, she has been working as a freelance journalist,  non-fiction author (areas of focus: Art, culture, architecture, regional and cultural history), and poet. She is based in Innsbruck, writes reports, portraits and articles for magazines, annuals, and catalogues. After numerous other publications, she most recently published a fully revised edition of „111 Orte in Tirol, die man gesehen haben muss“ (111 Must-See Places in Tyrol) (published by Emons, 2024), „Messe und Congress Innsbruck im Wandel der Zeit“ (Exhibition Centre and Congress Innsbruck in the Change of Times), in collaboration with Wolfgang Meixner, published by Congress Messe Innsbruck (University Press Wagner 2023). In autumn 2025, Emons will publish the fully revised edition of „111 Orte in Innsbruck, die man gesehen haben muss” (111 Must-See Places in Tyrol).
