Accessibility

The Journalismusfest Innsbruck takes place at more than 20 locations, so accessibility varies depending on the venue.

All events that are wheelchair accessible are marked with this symbol in the programme:

Despite being wheelchair accessible, not every venue is completely accessible. For some, it is necessary to use a lift or separate access. Please contact our staff on site, who will be happy to assist you. These events are marked with this symbol in the programme:

For visitors with hearing impairments, technical support is available at many locations. Due to the large number of locations, we cannot offer uniform and complete assistance. We therefore ask you to contact us briefly via email at info@journalismusfest.org before the festival to clarify whether or what type of accessibility is available.

We also ask visitors with other sensory impairments or special needs to contact us in advance via e-mail at info@journalismusfest.org in order to be able to respond individually to the respective support options.
