At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Daniela Ingruber

Daniela Ingruber works as a Democracy and War researcher at the Institute for Strategic Analysis in Vienna. Before that she was employed at the University for Continuing Education Krems. From 2012 until 2016, she was head of the Department of Media & Conflict at the UN-mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. After completing missions in areas torn by civil war, she went on to help NGO employees and journalists prepare for their work in conflict regions for ten years. Besides her research activities, she also works as host, author and consultant for film festivals and film productions. Her research focusses on the understanding of Democracy, dystopias, conflict transformation, fake news & conspiracy legends, ethical journalism and political education.
