Eva Binder is a Slavic studies scholar and publishes in the field of cultural, film and media studies. She is a research associate at the Institute for Slavic Studies at the University of Innsbruck and academic director of the Eastern European Centre at the University of Innsbruck. Her work focuses on 20th century and contemporary Russian culture, contemporary Eastern European cinema and documentary film.
