Walter Strobl has been leading the Journalism Legal Service at the Press Club Concordia since 2021. In this role, he combines comprehensive expertise in copyright and media law with extensive experience in media management and teaching. As a trained lawyer, he initiated and managed the music publishing house Sunshine Enterprises from 2001. Starting in 2005, he served as a founding member, managing partner, and program director of the Viennese radio station 98.3 Superfly. Since 2013, Walter Strobl has been working freelance as a lecturer and speaker. In 2019, Commit published “Medien.Recht.Ethik,” a concise overview of copyright and media law authored by him.
