Emily Busvine was born in Vienna in 1996, but grew up as a ‘third culture kid’ in Berlin, Warsaw and Moscow, among other places. She studied political science and social anthropology at the University of Cambridge and moved back to Vienna in 2018, where she completed a master’s degree at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. Instead of taking the exam for the Foreign Ministry, she began an internship at Radio FM4 in 2020, where she has been working as an editor and presenter ever since. She now hosts the magazine programme OKFM4, where she covers a wide range of political and cultural topics.
