At the Internationale Tage der Information in Innsbruck, journalists from different regions of the world can speak with their specific expertise, comment on pressing issues, debate with one another and talk to scientists, NGO representatives and the Audience.

Natascha Zeitel-Bank  

Natascha Zeitel-Bank studied sociology at the University of Mannheim in the field of European comparative social research and completed a doctoral program in political science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a focus on European integration. She is “Senior Lecturer” at the Institute for Media, Society and Communication (Faculty of Social and Political Communication) and teaches in the field of media (also in international comparison) and (political) communication. She also coordinates the elective package “Media Practice”, which is open to all students at the University of Innsbruck. In addition to her academic career, Zeitel-Bank worked for several years in Brussels in the press department of the European Commission and as a journalist for ZDF, Deutsche Welle and Bayerischer Rundfunk mainly in the field of European reporting.
